Who

You… and me, of course! If we haven’t already met, my name is Melanie Murphy Richter (otherwise known as @healthnmellness on Instagram). I am a Wholistic Dietitian trained in helping you heal at the root of your being, finding the source of your chronic illness, and empowering you to uncover self-appreciation and self-love. Right from the comfort of your own inbox...mostly. After you sign up, you’ll receive an email from me each day, which will also include a recording as well if you prefer to listen to the day’s lessons and activities on-the-go.

How

You’ll receive a daily email from me with a specific theme related to body love and food love, as well as gentle activities to help you put your learnings into practice. You’ll also be given access to a personal Master Document to journal, take notes in, and track your progress. As the days are completed, they will be archived on this website where you can add comments directly to engage and interact with the community who will be doing this challenge with you!
